What is Momentum 2010?
Momentum 2010 is this year's Real Living and GMAC Real Estate Annual Business Conference. The event has been developed to help members at all levels of the organization to gain success in an ever more competitive marketplace, while enjoying the opportunity to network and rejuvenate in an enjoyable environment. It is the one event that every agent and broker should attend.

Sessions on important industry topics, hands-on-technology workshops, knowledgeable speakers, world-class entertainment, dozens of Expo exhibitors and networking events all give attendees the ultimate opportunity to discover new opportunities, advances in technology, and ways to increase customer satisfaction while growing their business.

When is Momentum 2010?
Momentum 2010 will formally kick off for all agents and brokers on Wednesday, May 19, with events, networking opportunities and entertainment running through Thursday May 20, 2010.

When is the official opening event for all attendees of Momentum 2010?
Registration begins at the Morning Rally on Wednesday, May 19. The Rally will include a Keynote Address from Real Living and GMAC Real Estate President Harley Rouda. 

What should I wear?
Casual dress is appropriate for almost all events, general sessions, Professional Development sessions, and the Expo hall. Cocktail attire is appropriate for the Awards Night Gala.

Do I have to be a Real Living or GMAC Real Estate agent or broker to attend?
Yes. Only Agent, Brokers, Managers and Branch Executives and their spouses may attend Momentum 2010.

How much does it cost to attend Momentum 2010?

The cost is based upon the type of accommodations you choose. We have negotiated rates of $99/night with the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel. In addition, Momentum 2010 registration is only $299.

I am bringing travel companions. Can they attend the events with me?
Guest Registrations may be purchased and include admission to general sessions, the Expo hall, Awards dinner, and closing celebration. Guest registration does not include admission to Professional Development sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please Note: Momentum registration fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting us at events@realliving.com
