


Real Living’s Professional Development group is making plans to deliver relevant and meaningful training classes to help you in your business today. During Momentum 2010, offerings will include over 30 breakout sessions in a convenient schedule so you can attend an optimum number of events.
Each class will focus on the benefits you can “take away” to apply to your real estate business, whether it is Premier Service principles, Super Star Panel hints, or short sale guidance. Bill Fields, who continues to work with our company to provide coaching services, will present both agent and manager sessions during the event. Some of the classes we have planned are described below. | Business Planning Workshop- Run It Like a Business | Learn what you need to do to work a business plan for success. In this session, you will determine your income goal, and based on this goal, determine the number of contacts you need to make in order to achieve your income goal. First, attendees will learn about the growing first-time homebuyer market, trends and solutions to their mortgage needs. Secondly, we will dive into the benefits of FHA/VA and eligibility.
